Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

7-day return for damaged or faulty clocks

You can return a clock within 7 days of delivery if it:

• arrived physically damaged (for example, broken case or display), or
• is not working or has a manufacturing fault, or
• is different from the clock you ordered.

We do not accept returns for change of mind or if you no longer need the clock.

How to request a return

1. WhatsApp or call us on +91 94458 87243 within 7 days of delivery.
2. Share your order number and photos or a short video showing the damage or fault.
3. We check your request, usually within 2 working days, and arrange pickup or tell you how to send the clock back.

For approved returns, we pay the return shipping.

Replacement or refund

After we receive and inspect the returned clock, we send you a replacement. If a replacement is not available, or if you prefer, we give a full refund, including the delivery charge you paid for that clock.

When returns are not accepted

• Damage caused after delivery, such as a fall, water or heat damage
• Use of a different power adapter from the one supplied
• The clock was opened, repaired or modified by someone else
• The request is made more than 7 days after delivery

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days after we receive the returned clock.

• UPI, card or net banking: refunded to the same payment method. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Cancelling an order

• Before dispatch: contact us to cancel and get a full refund.
• After dispatch: the order cannot be cancelled. You may refuse the delivery; we refund the product price after the parcel returns to us, minus the delivery charge.

We may cancel an order with a full refund if the item is out of stock, the pincode is outside our delivery area, or there is a clear pricing error.

1-year guarantee

Every Brim clock has a 1-year guarantee from the date of the invoice against manufacturing defects. Contact us for repair or replacement under guarantee.
