Shipping & Delivery Policy

Where we deliver

We deliver online orders only within Tamil Nadu and Puducherry (Puducherry and Karaikal). We check your pincode when you order. At present we do not accept orders for delivery to other states.

The Jumbo LED Clock is delivered only within Chennai.

Dispatch time

Orders placed before 4 PM on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Other orders are dispatched on the next working day. Our working days are Monday to Saturday, except public holidays.

Delivery time

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 2 to 5 working days, depending on your location. Chennai orders are often delivered sooner. These times are estimates and can be affected by courier delays, weather or holidays.

Delivery charges

Delivery charge	₹50 per clock
Jumbo LED Clock	₹200 per clock (Chennai only)
Cash on Delivery (COD)	Not available. All orders are paid online.

All charges are shown before you pay. Product prices include GST.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we send the courier name and tracking number to your phone by WhatsApp or SMS.

Receiving your order

Please check that the package is sealed and undamaged when you receive it. If the package or clock is damaged, take photos or a short video and contact us within 7 days of delivery. See our Refund & Return Policy.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please give a complete address, pincode and a working phone number. If a delivery fails because of a wrong address or because the customer is not available, re-delivery charges may apply.
