These terms apply when you buy from brimclocks.com. By placing an order, you agree to them.

About us

This website is run by BRIM Clocks (B.R. Electronics), a manufacturer of LED digital clocks in Chennai. Our products are made in India. Our full details are at the end of this page.

Products and prices

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST.
• Courier charge is ₹50 per clock (₹200 per clock for the Jumbo LED Clock), added to the clock price. It is shown before you pay.
• Product photos are for illustration. Small differences in colour or finish are possible.
• We may change prices at any time. The price you pay is the one shown when you place the order.

Orders

After you place an order, you receive a confirmation by SMS, WhatsApp or email. A GST invoice is sent with the clock or by email. We may cancel an order with a full refund if the item is out of stock, the pincode is outside our delivery area, or there is a clear pricing error.

Payment

Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking). We never see or store your card or UPI PIN. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. All orders are paid online.

Delivery

We deliver only within Tamil Nadu and Puducherry. The Jumbo LED Clock is delivered only within Chennai. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Returns, refunds and guarantee

Damaged or faulty clocks can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Every clock has a 1-year guarantee against manufacturing defects. See our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.

Use of the clocks

Please use only the power adapter supplied with the clock and follow the instructions provided. The guarantee does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, water, power surges or repairs by others.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for indirect losses, or for delays caused by events outside our control.

We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
